Your home is the safest place for your four-legged family. Our professional team provides reliable, compassionate care in the comfort of your home when you can’t be there. Travel stress-free knowing your best friend is getting mid-day exercise, evening companionship, and their exact routine followed to a 'T'.
How it works
Choose an overnight from 6:00pm to 8:00am or 8:00pm to 8:00am. Click "Request a Quote" to tell us about your pets and your travel dates. We’ll review your household needs and provide a personalized estimate within 48 hours.​

The In-Home Meet & Greet- At our meet and greet we'll meet you and your pet(s), get all your pet care instructions, see where you keep your pet supplies, and where you'd like our pet sitter to sleep, and whether your pets will be joining them on the bed!! We confirm all details so you can head out on your trip with total confidence.

Real-Time Updates & Care- While you’re away, we move in! You’ll receive a daily digital journal featuring photos, GPS-tracked walks, and detailed updates. You can relax knowing your pets are thriving in their natural rhythm at home.
Note: For dogs, an extra booking or two is required during the day for a walk and/or pawty break before we return in the evening.

Who from your team will be staying in my home?
To ensure the highest level of Reliability and Peace of Mind, I personally conduct every Meet & Greet. This allows me to document your pet’s routine to a "T" and ensure a perfect "Safe Harbor" match with our team. While I handle the initial intake and vetting, your overnight sitter will be a professional, background-checked member of the Adventure Tails team who has been fully briefed on your specific care plan.
How do you ensure the sitter knows my pet's routine?
During our Meet & Greet, I create a detailed digital profile for your household. This includes everything from favorite hiding spots to precise medication schedules. This profile is shared securely with your assigned sitter, who follows my documented instructions to ensure your pet’s rhythm remains steady and secure.
What if my dog needs a break during the day?
Our overnight care focuses on the evening and early morning hours. For our canine friends, we require at least one mid-day "pawty break" or adventure walk (booked separately). This ensures your dog is never left alone too long and receives the exercise and engagement they need to feel settled and content while you’re away.
Do you bring your own food and supplies?
Yes. We strive to be the ultimate houseguest. We bring our own food, sleeping supplies, and toiletries. Our goal is to leave your home exactly as we found it—just with very happy, well-loved pets!
How do you handle home security and emergencies?
Reliability is one of our core values. We are experienced in managing home security systems and will follow your instructions to a "T." In the rare event of a pet or home emergency, we have immediate access to your vet information and emergency contacts through our secure software, and we will stay in constant communication with you.
Can you care for both my dog and my cat at the same time?
Absolutely! We love multi-pet households. Our "Adventure Tails Standard" is designed to be species-neutral, meaning your dog gets their walks and your cat gets their dedicated enrichment and litter box care, all under one roof.
What is your cancellation policy?
To ensure we can provide a dedicated, reliable presence for every household, we require 7 days' notice for all overnight pet sitting cancellations.

Less than 7 Days Notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking applies.
Because we reserve these specific dates exclusively for your pets and may turn away other families to do so, we do not provide refunds for early returns or late departures. If you face a true emergency, please reach out directly so we can discuss a "Safe Harbor" alternative.
